About the Run

We are excited to celebrate our 14th Anniversary Run with our annual 169 Towns Run or Walk on March 5, 2026.

Our goal is to cover all 169 towns in Connecticut in one day. Members will run or walk at least 1.69 miles in their assigned town, anytime between 12:01 AM and 11:59 PM on March 5.

This tradition started on our 10th anniversary in 2023 and it has become one of our favorite ways to come together, celebrate our community, and keep the Run 169 mission moving forward.
